On Saturday, February 16th, graduates of British Higher School of Art and Design presented their works. SmirnovDesign's director Sergey Smirnov was one of the experts evaluating the graduation works of this year. Besides him the examination commission consisted of Timur Burbaev, Vladimir Pirozhkov, Maksim Nazarov, Vladimir Samoylov and Kirill Obukh. Olga Kapralova, a representative of SCA company also assisted the presentation as a guest.The jury experts were to evaluate students' projects for two companies: Daimler Chrysler and SCA Hygiene Products AB.

SCA, an international producer of consumer and paper goods, set a task to design a dispenser and/or packaging for paper towels in the bathroom. The students had to carry out their own research, discover possible problems that may arise and present their original ideas to solve them in set conditions. At the examination each group of students presented the examination commission with a writing report on what was done, their sketches and 2D/3D renderings.
